The Perch
The Perch has been pouring and brewing beer in Wicker Park for years, with a rotating lineup of house-made brews alongside favorites from around Chicago. For Perchtoberfest, head brewer Preston Mick is bringing our own pours to the table, including our Perchtoberfest marzen and Festweizen.
ERIS
ERIS was inspired by the Greek goddess of Chaos. Women-owned, and in a male-dominated industry, they want to be careful not to be cute, cautious, or overly concerned with appearances. Their ciders are beautiful, yes. But they’re also unconventional, unique, and brimming with life.
Forbidden Root
Forbidden Root, the first botanical brewery in Chicago, was founded as a passionately personal project by Robert Finkel - whose hunt for a true-brewed root beer quickly grew into a brewing program that upended the scene with creative beers using natural herbs, roots, spices, and flowers.
Maplewood
Maplewood Brewery & Distillery can tell a lot of stories. There’s the tale of being the first combined brewery/distillery in Illinois. The legal thriller of losing their original name. But the best stories of Maplewood are the sagas its telling with beer - bringing a homebrewer's eye to some of the city's favorite hazy IPAs, crisp pale ales, and creamy stouts.
Midwest Coast
Midwest Coast makes "beer flavored beer" that supports that hard-working and coastal lifestyle of Chicago - from the beach to Oktoberfest. They’re classic in their craft and contemporary in their sensibility, blending old English styles and modern American tastes into classic, approachable beers tailor-made for the city of the big shoulders.
Phase Three
Founded by three industry vets with deep brewpub experience, Phase Three prides themselves on brewing a diverse range of ales and lager across various styles - showcasing hand-selected hops, unique processing methods, and a specialty fermentation program. Known for creative IPAs, imperial stouts, and fruited seltzers, they keep it simple: hand-crafted beer brewed with quality ingredients by honest people.
